It's a very very bad demo but it's proof one can finish hard plasma maps at high pings.

During this run I never had any loss of grip on the wall or other effects that might have occured due to the high ping. My local prediction of events was broken ofcourse but that's just a prediction, not the real player position on the server.

Played at a very stable 200 ms ping.

Why would you put that into a .rar file?

uha is strong archiver
uha is not acceptable extension for attachments

It may be better, but it's obcure not open and highly proprietary.
I wouldn't rely on something like that when bandwidth is of no concern nowadays.
I als doubt that a uha gains much when the content is rar-compressed already.
