- add: API for accessing QVM internals
- add: new script language for inputting movements programatically

Offline Defrag has been removed completely and replaced with an always-on system. We feel that by imposing this new limit, illegal offline botted times can no longer compete unfairly against online botted times.

Also, I am also pleased to announce that id Software had contacted us to inquire about the inclusion of Defrag into QuakeLive.
