HELP!! With Characters and such!

Okay so i dl what i needed to inorder to play defrag. Everything works just grand. The only problem is the gun model and player model are not genuine quake models like visor sarge etc. Its some kinda wacky generic models which i would very much like to change and have it look just like regular quake. HELP! please very much appreciated!

Re copy pak0.pk3 from your Q3 disc.

I forgot to put this in description but i do not own the disc. I copied the pak0 file from the q3min link from the installation page. I was thinking maybe because of that i dont have the original models.

I believe i actually did download it. Is there a way i can download Q3 Arena, or should i just buy it?
