Are you really the best?

A friendly 'clanwar' - Soviet Union vs Europe

While QuakeCon only supports QuakeLive (old candy Quake3 in socially-networked wrapper), and London 2012 somehow gets millions of people to watch old monotonous sports, they still didn't confess Defrag as an official discipline. I find this situation ultra wrong and unfair.
What we can do in our cosy little community is to organize (besides Defrag World Cup 2012 of course) a little friendly battle - Soviet Union (not onion) players' dream-team against European one. From both sides we should collect 10 best players with different styles of playing.
Here is my scheme of similair opponents merged in sweet couples:

Sayrax(Russia) vs Strangelove(Sweden). Fight!
Woody(Russia) vs Kiddy(Sweden)
Shine(Ukraine) vs Yotoon(Poland)
Dex(Ukraine)/Viper(Russia) vs Shio(Germany)
20053X(Russia) vs Ket(Hungry) - I'll punish him for not adequate using of gesture :liar:
RRR(Russia) vs Rufy(Italy)
xajA(Russia) vs goDz(Germany)
Golem(Russia) vs Arcaon(Sweden)
Kopchik(Russia) vs Bazz(Netherlands)
Kaleidoscopic 'always unplayed but never outnamered' ok-eous yeha-ic FarshMaker(Russia) vs w3sp stopped LoLling and piano playing for a week again(Germany)

Looks like an epicerest battle ever, eh? Now we need a mapper who can make a decent dynamic map in 2-3 weeks with not just one possible route, suitable for both physics.

Few players from this list are inactive
Few players from this list don't give a crap about any kind of organised contests, they just play for fun

Besides these 2 things it's good idea ;) I mean, I can kinda see it happening if there was some kind of reward ($ :P) but noone's gonna play just for shits and giggles

Lol? People play for fun every evening, and they don't get paid with like 5$ for each beated record. Otherwise Arcaon would have had a little bit more real friends)
Why not just play a fresh map _still for fun_, plus participating in competition, rather then voting some random old map. And all that summer business like beach'n'bitches can wait some hours aswell)

P.S. Who you think is inactive? All players I've listed have been around recently.

Well, I'm certainly not opposed to this idea, even if I'm skeptical that it will ultimately take place.
