Ps : if someone could enlighten me on this 43 value though, I really don't understand it .
(mouse tic = whole numbers between -127 and 127) * (m_yaw * sensitivity) * (magic value = 65536/360)
BananaPhone wrote:intern sens = m_yaw * sensitivity * 65536 / 360
sens = 23.37,
m_yaw = 0.0101072337
intern sens = 0.0101072337 * 23.37 * 65536 / 360 = 42,9999994322944 ~= 43

It's the common way 3d shooters have been played. cl_yawspeed is companion piece to sensitivity if you want. It does to +left/+right what sensitivity does to mouse sensitivity.
That's why it's even perfectly valid in my opinion. The only thing that was reasonably forbidden is the automatic updating of the cl_yawspeed cvar to adjust for speed.
I've never seen anyone complaining about people in fraggames having different mouse sensitivities for zoom or different weapons...while it's exactly the same thing actually.
