Anti-cheat problems

Anti-cheat for dummies - http://dfwc.q3df.org/howto.php

Ok, post your problems with anti-cheat here (it'll be more convenient than asking in zillion different places)

So, I downloaded everything, put map and dll in defrag folder, installed VC runtime, restarted PC loaded random map, set vm_game to 0, loaded dfwc2012-1 and it doesn't work. I tried restarting the map and after one of these tries my defrag minimalised and windows message popup appeared saying that quake3 wants to load some dll. I clicked ok and nothing happened or changed.

XP 32bit sp3 - dfengine 1.08

A genius question is, does this matter? If I don't cheat, is there any way for the demo verification or whatever to tell whether or not I'm running the AC or not?
wtf i have a signature?

I don't care, rules are rules, I'll wait for working anticheat.

Btw, there should be some info about this anticheat in 1st round's page.

Try uploading a demo without it.

Is that a challenge? Because if it is, I think I win.

Ok, imo this anticheat seems to work, it just doesn't display message in the console. Demo's size is about 2 times bigger than my previous average demos with similar lenght of run and I can upload it at dfwc page.

Here's what I'm gonna do - I'm gonna wait few more hours for anticheat fix, if it doesn't show up - I'm gonna play the map.

If you use "map_restart 0" sometimes you will get:

How about to add "anti-cheat module" into Rules section, or Round section? In round section is only "read and -re-download rules.cfg". Do it transparent! Or many ppl(people) who will finish this "easy/medium" :violin: map will be out due low awareness which goes on administrators heads.

edit: Varfor map_restart ? O.o
